What an amazing business. Connection Crew are an award-winning crewing company working in the UK and internationally. 25 percent of its crew have a history of homelessness. In the last 10 years it has employed 144 ex-homeless people. Every ex-homeless recruit that has left Connection Crew has gone on to other employment or education - no one has returned to homelessness. Like we said: amazing.
