Radisson Blu Edwardian

Scoff & Banter at the Vanderbilt Hotel

If you’re ever in Kensington and feeling peckish, we heartily recommend stopping by at Scoff & Banter. Here you’ll find great British food the way it should be. And whilst deciding whether to opt for the Devonshire crab or the Meantime beer-battered cod, you can take in the new interior: original Edwardian ceilings, reclaimed furniture and a natural materials palette. This new experience was inspired through our facilitation of brand workshops and stakeholder interviews with both senior management and operational teams. These sessions informed the interior design of Scoff & Banter at the Vanderbilt before roll out across seven other Radisson hotels in London. Our trusted partners at HuntHaggarty worked with us to develop the concept and detailed design, ensuring it remained authentic throughout. Bottoms up!
