I Am brand identity

Our client U+I plc was formed as the result of a merger between two successful UK property developers: the small maverick Cathedral and the well-established Development Securities. U+I asked us to help them create their new entry into the emerging PRS (Private Rented Sector) market. Our involvement took in naming and brand identity, rolling out across a number of launch communication pieces including on-screen digital presentation tools and printed collateral. Given the UK Government’s recent promotion of the PRS market, I Am is timely and compelling. Time to make a move.
